Popular Computing Weekly was a weekly computer magazine dealing with the machines of its day. It carried job advertisements as well as equipment adverts. There was a weekly offering of programme code in basic and the Problem (help) page regularly dealt with questions on code written in Assembly Language. (see Wikepedia)
